Call of the Wild – Change the world and strengthen community through connection with nature
Have you always dreamed of somehow changing the world? Would you like to protect the last, almost untouched areas of Austria together with a colourful bunch of people? Are you ready for a wild adventure?
Then pack your backpack and follow the call of the wilderness with us!
“Call of the Wild” is a new and trend-setting one-year course that combines the learning of leadership skills with the protection of our native wilderness. Through four training seminars in summer, autumn, winter and spring, we teach you how to organize conservation projects that change the world. All this will take place at different locations in the middle of the Austrian wilderness, because the goal is not only to protect wild nature, but also to learn from it and be inspired by it.
In any case, be prepared that this course will have a big impact on you.
Because we also deal with big questions like:
- “What is my vision for this world?”
- “What do I need to learn and what does it take to change the world?”
The range of topics will cover a lot on an individual level, but also:
- “How do I structure a successful project?”
- “How do I get other people involved and get them excited about my idea?”
And the topics of wilderness and nature conservation will accompany us throughout the process:
- “Why do we need the wilderness?”
- “How can I inspire others to love nature and get them excited about it?”
Apart from a large amount of valuable input about successful project management, you will learn effective methods for your own connection to nature and as a result of the project you will be directly involved in your community for the protection of natural areas. Because if we know what lies within ourselfe, we can also light the fire in other people!
